What to Do... (Myrkr)

Jaden Trand, former Jedi padawan, had lived on Myrkr for several months. He managed to trick his former Jedi Master to think he was dead by using the ysalamiri's ability to create a bubble that blocks out the force. He also befriended a vornskr, the only natural animal that hunts exclusively through the force, whom he named Fang. He had recently killed some people, and then killed some bounty hunters out to kill him for killing others. Perhaps it was time for him to leave the planet, for good.

Jaden couldn't just leave, not enough ships came through. And even if he did get a ship, where in the galaxy would he go? He pondered this question as he watched Fang, who was merely walking around in circles, periodically looking at Jaden to see if they were going anywhere.

Most say that vornskrs are too aggressive to keep as pets, unless you cut off their whip like tail, but Fang took to Jaden quickly, and Jaden only used minimal force power, mostly because it was nearly impossible to use the force on Myrkr. Jaden sat against a tree, wondering where he would go, when he then spotted a ship fly twords a nearby clearing.

Jaden rushed twords the ship. He couldn't use his force speed because of the ysalamiri. The heavy resistance in the force prompted him to push himself harder in the force, but also made him rely much more on his saber skills.

Jaden ran close to as fast as he could to reach the clearing so he could see how many men there was. He reached the clearing to see six men unloading something. Jaden couldn't tell what it was, so he he looked twords the men. Two looked like smugglers, the other four had to have been bounty hunters of some sort of clan. The hunters were all in uniform, but Jaden didn't know who they belonged to.

The bounty hunters signaled for them all to leave. The smugglers quickly set the cargo down and got into their ship. Jaden was about to pursue, but the smugglers left two of the bounty hunters, and this sparked jaden's interest. Another ship would most likely be coming in soon to pick up the cargo, and Jaden would make his move then.

It only took about twenty minutes. The hunters had shot down a couple vornskr and were looking up into the sky. A second ship landed in the clearing. This time, only one man exited the ship. He greeted the hunters and began loading the cargo onto the ship. Jaden knew now was his chance. He signaled for Fang to go around the flank. Jaden flipped up his hood and quickly moved to the other side of the ship. He slipped in around the ship and got on board.

He waited around the corner. When he knew the two hunters were coming up the ramp, he whistled sharply and Fang darted out. Jaden popped out from around the corner and quickly ignited his saber into the first hunters chest while Fang came in around and jumped the second hunter. Jaden stabbed the hunter and had the ramp lifted.

He moved around to the cockpit where he was met with a couple blaster shots. He deflected the shots up to the ceiling. He rushed the smuggler and cut the blaster in half. Jaden then elbowed him in the face. Jaden lowered his saber to his neck.

"You. Fly this ship." He demanded.

"Who the hell are you!?" The smuggler demanded.

"Doesn't matter, fly the ship." Jaden demanded again.

The smuggler contemplated for a second. "Where to?" He asked finally.

"Anywhere, just get me off this damn planet." Jaden said.

The smuggler, took a quick glance away, then back twords Jaden. "Not peculiar eh? Okay, let me up and I'll take you to where I'm going. Nar Shaddaa, it's full of people like you." He said mockingly.

Jaden gave him a disgusted look, but removed his saber from his neck. "Sure, Nar Shaddaa." Jaden replied.

The ship took off. They exited the Myrkr atmosphere, then went into hyperspace. A cool rush went over Jaden, like nothing he had ever felt. The force was untethered out here, away from the planet. Jaden felt impowered, invincible, but he had to keep a level head, so he went into the cargo hold to meditate. He sat down, then realized that something was coming off the package.

Jaden rose, looking at the box. He circled it, looking for a mechanism to open it. When he found none, he searched the box with hands he found nothing. He drew his blade, tapping it. As soon as he tapped it, his blade disengaged.

~Cortosis~ He thought to himself. He could open the box, but it would take time and much effort. He figured he'd leave it for now, and wait for it to be delivered. Then he would investigate further. Until then, he needed training.

He began running through his forms, fighting mock battles and running through senarios. It wasn't long before Fang decided to drop in.

Jaden increased intensity. His anger rose and his moves quickened. He tried to control himself, but he soon started to let out violent burst of lightning.

The rage quickly exaughsted Jaden, who fell to the ground. He pushed himself to his feet, then quickly decided to sit and meditate.

Two reasons, specificaly. One, nobody's been coming on for the past few weeks, I believe it started when Jar posted the Rules Test. Two, I kinda have a story planned out for this character, so unless someone wants to add something to it, I'd rather just continue it for a little while myself. I would do that now, but no one is coming on and posting, and there's no point in taking the time to do it unless were going to have a story continuing with it.
